Miss Walton, Mr. Thomas will wed on Easter Sunday

Mr. and Mrs. Lludloo Charles Walton of Atlanta, Ga. announce the engagement of their daughter, Sheree Rosemerrie Walton, to Anwar Rashad Thomas, son of Jacqueline Walker and David Lee Walker.

Sheree is a graduate of Lacordaire Preparatory Academy and attended Oakwood College. She currently works as the assistant to the director of security systems for DeKalb County Schools in Stone Mountain, Ga., where she has worked for more than eight years.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Eufaula High School and Alabama State University.  He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is a senior business analyst for ADP in Atlanta, Ga.

Their wedding will be held on Easter Sunday, April 12, at 3 p.m. at the Shorter Mansion.
