Bottle used in assault

A 15-year-old juvenile reported that he was assaulted Thursday.

According the victim, he was walking behind Pecan Lane Apartments and came upon an acquaintance who was arguing with someone on the phone.

An unknown subject reportedly struck the victim on his neck with a bottle. The victim had to be taken to the emergency room where he was treated for a large hole in the side of his neck.

In another report filed by the listed offender, he states that he was attacked by two known offenders and defended himself with a bottle. He sustained minor scratches and cuts and managed to get away, where he was intercepted by law enforcement.
