Whitney Renee Romanowski and Brent Monroe Comer were married March 28 at Asbury United Methodist Church in Greeneville, Tenn., with a reception following at the General Morgan Inn. The Rev. Mary Gause officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Romanowski, Jr. of Greeneville, Tenn., and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Renner and the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Romanowski of Greeneville, Tenn. A graduate of East Tennessee State University and Appalachian State University, she is employed as a personal trainer at Pivotal Fitness in Greenville, S.C.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Comer of Columbus, Ga., and Ms. Melanie Dykes Comer of Cataula, Ga. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fane Dykes of Georgetown, Ga., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Johnson Comer of Glennville. He is a graduate of Lakeside High School and Clemson University, and is currently employed by Pace Labels in Easley, S.C.
Kris Lucchesi, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Cristina Comer, Ann DiAntonio, Kelly Golden, Ami Hood, Bridget Lollarand Jennie McNeilly. Anne Laurie Comer served as junior bridesmaid and Kara Lucchesi was the flower girl.
Clay Comer, brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Chad Catledge, Drew Cawood, Bert Bagley, Mike Hayden, John Mott, Matt Shoemaker, Johnny Staples and Robert Wright. John Lucchesi served as junior groomsman.
Following their honeymoon in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, the couple will reside in Greenville, S.C.
