Eufaula Police report boat dock stolen

Theft

» A boat dock ($40,000) was reported stolen from the 200 block of Cypress Cove. Sgt. Larry Hubbard of the Eufaula Police Department said the case appears to be a civil matter.

» An incident of receiving stolen property was reported Wednesday in reference to a vehicle that had a stolen tag on it.

» A car parked at Hyundai Polytech at Lakepoint Industrial Drive Monday night was broken into. A car radio with monitor ($147) was stolen.

» A woman’s Apple iPhone 4 ($569) was stolen from her on Monday while she was at Walmart.

» Eufaula High School reported theft of $60 in assorted cash and checks. An employee reported putting a money bag in her desk last Friday. On Monday the empty bag was found in the trash in the boy’s bathroom.

» Save-A-Lot reported theft of two packs of ribs ($32) on Monday.

» A man’s vehicle, 1995 Toyota Celica ($4,500), was stolen on Tuesday night. It was later recovered but two subwoofers and amp ($900) were missing from the vehicle. Two suspects have been listed in the case. The victim claims the suspects previously sent texts threatening to steal his car.

» Whigham Auto was burglarized on Monday night. A set of 22-inch wheels ($3,000), seven radiators ($350), eight batteries ($400), and assorted tools ($4,000) were stolen. A license plate was also reported stolen off of a vehicle.

» A woman reported that her granddaughter took three checks from her check book and used them to purchase items totaling more than $350 on Saturday.
