Eufaula Police report several arrests

» Shunteria Nicole Thomas, 24, of 175 State Docks Road in Eufaula was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree, a felony offense, last Wednesday.

» Ray Charles Ware, 54, of 207 Laney Street was arrested on Thursday and charged with possession of marijuana first degree, a felony, and possession of narcotic equipment.

» Taylor David Simonton, 21, of 151 Magnolia Street in Eufaula was arrested on Saturday and charged with possession of marijuana second degree.

» Arkeela Hicks, 19, of 31 Cotton Hill Road, Bacarri Sanquez Griffin, 19, of 150 Meadow lane Apartment A1, and a 17-year-old juvenile were all arrested on Thursday night and each charged with possession of marijuana second degree.

Theft

» A car parked on Baker Drive was broken into Saturday morning. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicle but it appeared someone unsuccessfully tried to remove the in-dash stereo system.

» A Chattahoochee Courts resident reported fraudulent use of a debit card and theft of more than $1,800 taken through various transactions since December.

» Theft of $90 was reported from Bluff Park Apartments on Saturday.

» Argos Ready Mix on West Boundary Street reported a burglary on Thursday night and theft of a nail gun ($80).

» Walmart reported a shoplifting incident on Friday. The offender tried to steal a bottle of Brittany Spears Curious perfume ($16.50).

» A house on Thrush Lane was burglarized last week. Prescription medications and $400 in cash were stolen.

» A Dale Road residence was burglarized last Wednesday night. Assorted coins ($12) were taken, and a front glass door ($250) was damaged.
