Theft
» A 30-06 Remington ($500), a 22-auto Marlin ($125), a 12-gauge auto ($1,000), a 12-gauge Savage auto ($300), a 20-gauge double barrel ($300) and an air rifle ($75) were taken from a Dry Creek Road residence near Midway on Jan. 9.
» An Aqua Land 12-foot white wave runner trailer was taken from a Twin Lakes Road residence in Eufaula Jan. 14.
» A tan fire safe containing $2,300 in U.S. currency and $300 in coins were taken from a Highway 51 South residence in Clayton Jan. 16.
Reckless endangerment
» On Jan. 15, a man reported that while riding horses with his friends and son on County Road 43 in Clayton that a woman came out of her residence with a gun and began shooting at them.
Harassment
» A Highway 131 resident in Eufaula reported Jan. 18 that she suspected an acquaintance was stalking her.
Domestic violence
» A Highway 131 resident in Eufaula reported Jan. 13 that his father grabbed him and threatened to harm him.
» A Hagler Mill Road resident in Louisville reported Jan. 19 that her boyfriend chased her through the house, smashed her phone when she tried to dial 911, hurt her wrist when he grabbed the phone and struck her and her child. The victim and child showed no signs of injury.
Animals at large
» A Turner Road resident near Skipperville reported Jan. 19 that several sickly-looking and vicious dogs have been on her property for a few weeks. She stated the dogs are very hostile and have tried to attack her on several occasions.
