Eufaula native Les Snead is trading red and black for blue and gold.
Snead has been named the general manager of the St. Louis Rams according to numerous media sources including the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Snead, who had been the Atlanta Falcons’ director of player personnel, was one of nine people to interview for the Rams’ GM position according to the Post-Dispatch.
“First and foremost, he’s a dynamic thinker, and his thought process is unusual - and yet that’s one of the reasons he’s been a good pairing with (general manager) Thomas Dimitroff in Atlanta,” said Kevin Demoff, the Rams’ executive vice president of football operations, in an interview with the Post-Dispatch.
